1. Acceptance of terms

By using rareinfraventures.com or any RARE ESTATE landing page, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Our role

RARE Infraventures LLP (RARE ESTATE) is a HARERA-registered real estate agent (Reg. No. RC/HARERA/GGM/4370/3965/2026/405). We provide advisory and sales assistance for projects developed by third-party developers. We are not the developer, owner or promoter of those projects, and our websites are not the official websites of the developers unless clearly stated.

3. Information on this site

Project details, prices, sizes, availability, possession timelines, amenities and images are collected from the developer or public sources and are provided for general information only. Images, renderings and layouts are artistic impressions. All information is indicative and may change without notice. It does not form an offer, invitation or contract.

Before any purchase decision, please verify project details on the official HARERA Gurugram portal and with the developer.

4. Pricing

Prices shown as "starting from" or marked with an asterisk (*) are indicative, exclude taxes, registration, stamp duty and other charges, and may change at the developer's discretion. Please confirm current pricing and availability with our advisor.

5. Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise RARE ESTATE and, where relevant, the developer to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp and email, even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC, until you ask us to stop.

6. Bookings and payments

Any booking, allotment or payment is made directly with the developer under the developer's own terms. Please make payments only to the developer's official RERA escrow account. We do not accept payments on behalf of developers through this website.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false, misleading or another person's information.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site.
  • Do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

The RARE ESTATE name, logo and website content belong to RARE Infraventures LLP. Developer names, logos, project names and images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information about the projects we market.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RARE ESTATE is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, from changes made by a developer, or from any dealings between you and a developer or third party.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
